Beautiful. Reminds me of my childhood. I was lucky enough to grow up with a forest behind my house and my mother was an avid gardener. Often seeds from her gardens would float into the forest thus causing flowers to sprout up everywhere. Thanks for sharing Cynthia.
Those photos of yellow Heliopsis in the green of the grass and of the trees make me think of an impressionist painting . I like much. this, Cynthia.

Lovely fields of yellow/orange, Cynthia. Such a welcome, warming colour as the season cools. Is this Rudbeckia triloba in these fields? I have added it to my other rudbeckias this year. Hopefully it will seed around as for you in Canada.
Gorgeous images! Happy late summer.
Happy late summer to you too!
Gorgeous photos, Cynthia!
Thanks, Jill.
A beautiful place to spend the day. Is this near your home?
Not far. A country road in late summer.
Lovely, Cynthia! 🙂 The Black-eyed Susan’s have been prolific here this year–blooms since early spring and they’re still shining…
Beautiful flowers! Thank you for sharing these lovely photos, Cynthia.
Lovely photos!
Thanks, Becky!
What a beautiful stream of gold, Cynthia!
It really caught my eye, in a field not far from my home. seems almost impossible for it to have grown that way by itself.
Those beauties!

You are welcome, and thanks for visiting. I still don’t know how or why those flowers grew in such a formation.
Wordsworth would have loved them
I think you’re right.
Beautiful
Beautiful! Sometimes the most beautiful flowers are those that grow wild. We only get wildflowers like that in early spring.

They are beautiful, Cynthia. 🙂
Thanks, Kevin!
Love the zoom to wide-angle lens progression… another “artist’s” view of flowers (you’ll get the joke after you read my latests post) – Oscar
Thanks, and off I go!
How happy your pollinators must be!
Wow! I do love Black-eyed Susans! (They are called that in Canada, right?) Nice photos!
How divine … fields of rudbeckia 🙂
